Magic Consulting Audit LLC organizes an annual “Audit Clients Meeting” for its audit clients with the purpose of providing professional services, as well as exchanging feedback and experience. This year’s event was particularly distinctive as it marked the official launch and presentation of the newly introduced eMagic system. The “Audit Clients Meeting 2025” was successfully held on December 11, 2025, with participation from representatives of more than 70 client organizations, totaling over 100 attendees.
The meeting was opened by Mr. S. Munkhbayar, Chief Executive Officer of Magic Consulting Audit LLC, who introduced the company’s mission and the initiatives undertaken to achieve it. He also spoke about the company’s development strategy, policies aimed at improving service quality, and the significance and new opportunities of the eMagic system being implemented in audit operations.
The event was further honored by the presence of Mr. B. Oyuunbaatar, Chief Executive Officer of the Mongolian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA), who attended as a guest speaker and delivered a presentation on “Trends in the Accounting Profession.” His presentation covered international industry trends, policy reforms, key professional development issues, and the impact of AI technology, which drew significant interest from participants, as reflected in the discussions during the break sessions.
In the main session of the event, Ms. O. Gundegmaa, Business Analyst at Magic Consulting Audit LLC, delivered a comprehensive presentation on the launch of the eMagic system, its service advantages, application opportunities within business processes, and its contribution to organizational digital transformation. The presentation demonstrated the system’s capabilities from a practical perspective and provided participants with valuable professional insights and opportunities for experience sharing.
In addition, the event included sessions for gathering participant feedback and a Q&A segment, during which attendees received professional advice and exchanged experiences with one another. This became one of the key outcomes of the event, contributing significantly to the enhancement of participants’ practical knowledge.
At the conclusion of the meeting, Mr. D. Tumenjargal, Audit Partner at Magic Consulting Audit LLC, presented on “Common Findings from Previous Year Audits and Recommendations,” while Mr. O. Bayart, Audit Manager, delivered a presentation on “IFRS 15.” Their presentations provided participants with practical recommendations aimed at improving audit analysis, corporate governance, and the quality of financial reporting.
One of the most memorable moments of the meeting was the expression of appreciation to our valued clients—Khos Khas LLC, Gunzegestei LLC, IRIM LLC, United Alliance LLC, and MCS Group—by presenting them with commemorative trophies in recognition of their partnership.
Overall, the meeting concluded as a highly productive event that addressed the real needs of the audit industry and provided participants with valuable opportunities to gain new knowledge and share practical experience.
