FOR OUR CLIENTS
We appreciate your visit to the Tax Certified Advisory Services (TCAS) page of Magic Consulting Audit LLC.
Since the Law on Tax Certified Advisory Services was enacted on December 27, 2012, as of 2019, about 40 TCAS companies have been operating with special licenses.
Magic Consulting Audit LLC received Special License No. 23 from the Ministry of Finance on February 28, 2014, to provide TCAS and has been operating under it since.
According to Article 7.1.5 of the Law on Tax Consulting Services, a client has the right to “claim compensation for damages caused by the wrongful actions of a legal entity providing tax consulting services,” which is the main advantage of this service.
This is because organizations have limited ability to recover tax penalties or acts caused by the mistakes of their accountants.
Over the past 5 years, we have entered into "Tax Consulting Service Agreements" with over 100 organizations. Among them, 24 organizations successfully underwent tax audits, and 19 organizations underwent social insurance audits.
For 85% of the organizations audited, we provided a “Statement Page,” confirming no violations in taxes or social insurance contributions.

Our Unique Advantages:
Why should you choose us?
We have been developing the MagicFinance program, authorized by the Ministry of Finance, for 10 years to prepare financial and tax reports.
This program has been enhanced with additional features specifically for Audit and Tax Advisory services.
In other words, it includes extra functions to verify transactions and generated reports, and to detect common errors made by accountants.
Our Audit Department team reviews the client’s financial and tax reports and presents the Internal Audit Report during business meetings.
The Internal Audit Report is prepared by the service provider solely for the client. Its purpose is to enhance the quality of services, reduce tax risks, and includes findings from the internal audit conducted on the client’s financial and tax reports.
Twice a year, we organize a Business Meeting for our clients to present the results of both the company’s and our own operations. In the second quarter of 2019, we held the 10th Business Meeting.
To support clients’ business operations and collaboration, we invite professional instructors to conduct training on various topics such as Finance, Tax, Human Resources, Marketing, and Communication.
The report, generated from the HMT system (about 30–35 pages), is presented to client organizations 1–2 times per year during Business Meetings. It includes:
-
Time Report: A breakdown of services provided and work performed by the executing organization in hours.
-
Contract Fulfillment: A report showing whether the executing party completed the tasks specified in the contract annex on time.
-
Evaluation: Periodic assessments (monthly/quarterly) by accountants highlighting tax and other risks.
-
File Archive: Electronic files used by the executing party in preparing the report.
-
Notes: Information reflecting interactions between the client and executing parties.
-
Payment Report: Clear presentation of tax calculations on a monthly or quarterly basis.
